Role Overview
eSimplicity is a modern digital services company that partners with government agencies to improve the lives and protect the well-being of all Americans. The Data Analyst I will build a working knowledge of program data models, reports, and business requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement practices of team procedures.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst I will develop basic understanding and use of relevant project tools, translate stakeholder needs into well-defined solutions, and communicate complex data issues and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The Data Analyst I will assist more experienced database analysts/programmers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases, and help to develop, maintain, and control the data dictionary.
Requirements
- All candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Experience analysing and visualizing data
- Exceptional ability to take initiative and ownership of issues and projects
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
- Resourceful, curious, and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and balance concurrent deadlines
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
