The Growth and Expansion Senior Manager is responsible for leading the development of operating plans and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment across commercial, marketing, and operations teams, and driving growth ambitions without compromising corporate profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or a highly quantitative business field
• 5-7 years of combined experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), commercial strategy, corporate development, or business analysis
• Experience in ecommerce or high-growth startups
• Proficient in advanced financial modeling (Excel/Google Sheets) and business intelligence software and data tools
• Proactive and high-ownership attitude, with structured thinking and problem-solving skills
