Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, data science or similar data-related role
• Prior experience with ETF/Indexing is highly advantageous
• Preferred Master’s degree in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python/R/SQL and experience with data visualization techniques
• Experience with Databricks preferred
• Hands-on exposure to data quality tasks, including checks on existing datasets and support in onboarding new data sources
• Initial hands-on experience in supporting the team with client-related questions and data requests
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Interest in financial data
• English-fluent
