Role Overview
The Business Development & Marketing Support Executive will play a key supporting role within the commercial team, contributing to both lead generation and marketing activities. The role is focused on building pipeline opportunities, supporting customer engagement initiatives, and ensuring the effective delivery of marketing campaigns and events. The role will contribute directly to pipeline development, customer engagement, and the overall growth of the commercial function. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, in a hybrid job role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What You Will Do
Support the generation and qualification of new business leads across target sectors, conduct market research, assist in building and maintaining an active sales pipeline, support outreach activities, coordinate and track inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads, maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals, work closely with the commercial team to support progression of opportunities, coordinate the planning and delivery of client workshops, webinars, and events, manage event logistics, support the development and distribution of marketing communications and campaigns, manage client surveys, compile and summarise customer feedback from events and surveys, assist with website updates, CRM campaigns, and marketing content, support the development of marketing assets, timely follow-up of enquiries and campaign responses, completion and reporting of customer surveys and feedback.

Requirements
