Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst will assume end-to-end ownership of the organization’s financial performance, serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This role is responsible for analyzing key financial and operational metrics, developing scalable and dynamic financial models, and delivering actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making and long-term growth.
What You Will Do
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for accuracy and insights. Generate regular reporting on operational and financial KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or accounting.
- Proficiency with financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains, and ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
- Collections Expertise: Demonstrated ability to establish or improve a collections process, resolve overdue payments, and manage client billing cycles.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
