What You Will Do
You will ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of finance processes and controls across countries and entities. You will align and collaborate with country finance teams to build a common understanding of processes and control points. You will identify process improvement and harmonization opportunities, taking local and business specificities into account, and propose practical solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in finance operations, process improvement, audit/controls or finance transformation within a multinational organization
- Hands-on experience with Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
