Role Overview
EvenUp is a fast-growing vertical SaaS company that empowers personal injury lawyers and victims to get justice through technology and AI. We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst/Senior Analytics Engineer to work on a hybrid schedule, translating complex data into clear insights that drive strategy and business impact.
What You Will Do
Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to scope and implement trusted business metrics, proactively identify data integrity issues, and optimize operational workflows.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining analytics data models using tools such as dbt
- 5+ years of experience designing analytics architecture and data layers that support multiple business functions and reporting use cases
- 5+ years of experience implementing data quality checks, testing, and monitoring to ensure reliable reporting
- Understanding of BI and reporting, with experience supporting tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau
