FP&A Senior Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the home and field services software vertical, and involved in financial aspects of strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong FP&A background, analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and operate with a high level of autonomy.

What You Will Do

Own the annual budget, long-range plan, and recurring forecasts across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses for a specific vertical. Track actuals vs. budget/forecast/prior year, identify key drivers of variance, and provide actionable insights to vertical leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience relevant to FP&A responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset to deliver timely, high-quality deliverables to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with senior finance executives.
• Proficiency in finance software and tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, with OneStream proficiency as a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with SaaS companies and familiarity with multiple entity companies a plus.
