Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and accelerate customer acquisition for one or more of our businesses. This is a senior individual contributor role for a marketer who can connect business goals to a clear growth strategy, translate that strategy into an integrated marketing plan, and work across channel, product marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver measurable results.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include owning the growth marketing strategy and customer acquisition plan, translating revenue and new-customer goals into funnel targets, channel strategies, campaigns, and growth initiatives, and developing a deep understanding of the business, market, ICP, customer buying journey, competitive landscape, and sales motion.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing discipline
- Demonstrated experience owning customer acquisition, pipeline, or revenue-related marketing goals
- Strong understanding of the B2B funnel and how marketing channels work together across the customer journey
- Experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear insights and actions
- Experience working with paid media, lifecycle/email marketing, content, SEO, conversion optimization, events, partnerships, and/or account-based marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and funnel reporting
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and Revenue Operations
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining close enough to execution to move work forward
- Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate strategy, performance, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders
- A bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement
