Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager, Onboarding will possess the ability to meet or exceed all launch KPI’s, including continuously minimizing time to first value and guiding a smooth technical launch in collaboration with the Technical Solutions team.

What You Will Do

Lead the onboarding process for new customers, assist clients in the initial setup and configuration of the software, and identify growth opportunities with customers.
