Role Overview

The Head of Performance Marketing will lead the creation and execution of Moneyboat’s multi-channel paid acquisition strategy to achieve growing revenue targets within an acceptable CPA. The ideal candidate will be a success-centric marketing leader who thrives on growth and scaling a demand engine in a business with a start-up mentality and scale-up success.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include owning the creation and execution of Moneyboat’s multi-channel paid acquisition strategy, leading affiliate/partnership relationships, managing digital marketing agencies, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring the implementation of digital analytics and tracking.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, technical ability.
• 5+ years of managerial-level experience in user acquisition marketing and a proven track record of success.
• 2+ years of B2C high volume lead gen marketing and user acquisition experience in the regulated consumer space.
• Proven excellence in relationship-building and collaboration.
• Excellent judgement and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent writing, communication, time management, and project management skills.
• Experienced in working with marketing and analytics tools and platforms such as Google Ads, GDN, Programmatic etc. as well as Facebook, Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio, SEMRush (SQL a plus).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to manage a multi-million pound budget.
