Role Overview
As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Belgium business while leading our team of Business Managers. This is a hands-on leadership role where leading by example is key.

You will stay actively involved in business development, support your team on key opportunities, negotiations and tenders, and ensure they have the guidance and support needed to achieve their objectives.

Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Business Development, ideally within IT Managed Services, IT consulting.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, Economics, or another relevant field.
- Proven experience in leading and developing commercial teams, with the ability to coach, challenge, motivate, and hold people accountable.
- A strong track record in business development, including prospecting, client acquisition, account development, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong business acumen and excellent command of numbers, with the ability to work confidently with revenue, margins, forecasts, pipelines, KPIs, and commercial performance data.
- Experience with tenders, and complex commercial proposals, ideally involving multiple internal stakeholders.
- A hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset: you are willing to lead from the front, take ownership, challenge existing ways of working, and turn ideas into concrete actions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact with senior client stakeholders and executive management.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
