Product Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The Product Operations Coordinator will support the Supply Chain team in managing purchase orders, data management, and sample tracking. The role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail. The team is driven by a passion for detail and a commitment to sustainability and meeting cost targets.

What You Will Do

Manage samples across the supply chain, track and receive samples from factories and mills, enter and maintain accurate raw material data, assist in issuing and tracking sample yardage POs, and build cross-functional relationships with design, merchandising, sustainability, and quality teams.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in purchase order management, sample tracking, or product development coordination, proficiency in Excel, and experience communicating with overseas vendors or factories directly.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in purchase order management, sample tracking, or product development coordination
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Experience communicating with overseas vendors or factories directly
• Ability to manage 50+ POs or samples simultaneously across multiple deadlines

Benefits

• Annual compensation range: $25 – $36.50/hr
• Hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office per week
