Role Overview
The Regulatory Financial Analyst assists the Team Leader in developing and preparing financial analysis and regulatory compliance support for transmission service revenue requirements and rate design.
What You Will Do
Prepares and/or reviews financial analysis, develops financial and regulatory support, and provides financial and regulatory support associated with transmission related service and support agreements.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of finance, utility accounting, and regulation, with experience in regulatory financial concepts and financial modeling.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of finance, utility accounting and regulation
- Experience in regulatory financial concepts such as revenue requirements and rate making theory
- Financial modeling experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in utility regulatory finance, accounting, or a related field required
- CPA or industry specific designation(s) preferred
