Role Overview
The company is at an active scaling stage, and the Partner Manager will join the development of the partnership direction, participate in building processes, and grow together with the company.
What You Will Do
Develop and support partnerships with military educational institutions, defense academies, military departments, and centers of national resistance. Coordinate the launch of joint projects, maintain a partner database, and support the integration of the company’s educational products into partner institutions’ programs and courses.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Experience in partnerships, business development, working with key clients or B2B interactions, and strong communication and presentation skills are required. Practical experience in negotiations and building long-term partnership relationships is an advantage.
Requirements
- Experience in partnerships, business development, working with key clients or B2B interactions
- Practical experience in negotiations and building long-term partnership relationships
- Experience in project management: from setting tasks and coordinating participants to implementation and result control
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to find common ground with various stakeholders
- Experience working with CRM or other interaction tracking systems
- Advantage: Experience working with the military environment: miltech, volunteer or charitable funds, veteran projects, etc. Experience interacting with civil or military educational institutions
