Role Overview
Join us as an experienced part-time ERP & CRM Manager to lead the evolution, implementation, and integration of our business systems across Group’s companies. Reporting directly to the CIO and working closely with the CFO and senior business leaders, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the Group’s ERP and CRM platforms, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Management teams across multiple countries to gather and prioritize business requirements.

Requirements
- University degree
- Proven experience managing ERP implementation or transformation projects
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in ERP, CRM, or business systems environments
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing external technology vendors and partners
- Strong understanding of financial processes, CRM operations, and project management workflows
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platforms
- Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Availability to travel occasionally to Group locations
