Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in volume, revenue, and contribution margin for the Crosslinkers Business Line in North America. This role will expand existing business, identify new opportunities, and support portfolio introduction in the market, while also building strong customer relationships and managing distributor activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, technical marketing, or business development, preferably in epoxy systems.
  • Strong understanding of both direct and distributor sales channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience working in or with the coatings, civil engineering and adhesives industries is highly desirable.
