EVT is hiring a Marketing & Communications Manager for QT Parramatta. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving marketing strategy, developing campaigns, and managing social media. Previous experience in marketing management, especially in hotels or hospitality, is required.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a marketing management role from hotels, hospitality or event companies.
- Proven strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable, results-driven initiatives.
- Extensive experience managing integrated marketing and communication campaigns across multiple channels, responding effectively to both proactive opportunities and reactive needs.
- Strong capability in producing and publishing social media content across diverse brand voices, with strengths in both copywriting and creative execution.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, analytical capability, and project management skills, with a track record in developing new products/services and supporting business transformation.
- Highly proficient with MS Office, Hootsuite, Isentia, and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
