Role Overview
The Brand Manager determines the brand strategy, coordinates advertising strategies, and executes 360-degree communication to increase market share. They work closely with countries to gather learnings and provide best practices. The role involves managing a wide range of product portfolios, working with financials, and carrying out budgeting and financial analysis.
What You Will Do
The Brand Manager will determine the brand strategy, create campaigns, and manage product launches. They will work with the sales, production, and finance teams to achieve results and act as a key point of contact. The role involves tracking consumer and market insights, reviewing metrics, and conducting consumer research.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has a university degree, preferably a master’s degree, and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing. They should have strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and set action plans on Nielsen report analysis.
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably master degree
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Marketing preferably in multinational and/or reputable local FMCG companies with leading brands
- Ability to understand and set action plans on Nielsen report analysis
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Mobility within job scope
- Strong project management skills and desire to lead
- A top communicator with an excellent ability to execute successful partnerships
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
