Requirements
- Run end-to-end onboarding for every new hire
- Coordinate international hires and contractors
- Support visa and immigration cases
- Own benefits administration
- Keep HRIS and people data clean and accurate
- Build trackers and systems for scaling
- Support compliance work
- Help plan offsites and team moments
- Constantly look for ways to improve the employee experience
