Data Analyst

Role Overview

Exacare ai is hiring a Data Analyst to develop and scale our customer-facing analytics offering and embed data in everyday workflows and processes. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing complex data and building dashboards as they are presenting insights to customers and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will identify and evaluate new opportunities to productize Exacare’s data, work closely with the Product Team to scope and build-out reporting for new features, and translate business and customer needs into clear data requirements for Product, Engineering, and technical data partners.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in data / product analytics, strategy consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools; experience with Omni, Looker, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms strongly preferred
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including comfort with complex array/lookup formulas and experience building robust models to produce clear, usable outputs
• Experience working directly with customers or key stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, validate ideas, communicate insights, and manage feedback loops
• Track record of driving data initiatives from problem definition to delivery, including managing backlogs, making trade-offs, and aligning cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations while garnering buy-in from stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to connect complex technical features directly to customer value, user needs, and business outcomes (like ROI, efficiency gains, or retention)
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment
