Role Overview
This is a remote position for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support a leading North American organization operating a large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud environment.
What You Will Do
The role combines L2/L3 production support responsibilities with ongoing enhancement and project delivery work, including troubleshooting issues, delivering new capabilities, and maintaining platform stability and performance.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven experience supporting large-scale, high-volume Salesforce environments
