Revenue Operations Specialist (Channel & Customer Success)

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will partner with Channel and CS leadership to shape partner planning, forecasting, and performance strategy. You will bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems, translating business needs into operational solutions.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include owning partner data integrity standards in Salesforce, building reporting to monitor data quality across partner-sourced pipeline, deal registration, and revenue attribution. You will also maintain and enforce deal registration hygiene, track and report on partner attainment against targets, and support MDF ROI tracking.

Requirements

• 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, partner operations, or a similar operational role
• Hands-on Salesforce experience
• Strong understanding of channel go-to-market motions
• Experience supporting CS expansion functions
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong process design and documentation skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
