Role Overview
As the Deal Desk Specialist, you will be the go-to contact for a set of global/ regional customers, leading the sales quotations process, and managing pro-active communication with vendors and partners.
What You Will Do
You will follow up on leads/opportunities, leverage tools to support the APAC Deal Desk, and support Senior Management with intelligence or financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales or product management, with a strong understanding of sales processes and revenue recognition requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree relevant studies
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales or product management role
- Good understanding of sales processes & revenue recognition requirements
- Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams
- Strong Excel skill
- Good working knowledge on MS Office and ERP solutions such as Oracle NetSuite or SAP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
