What You Will Do

Comprehensive consulting, care, and development of new and existing customers, conducting sales and price negotiations, creating and maintaining offers, processing orders from receipt to delivery, managing customer data and offers in the CRM system, forecasting, supporting Key Account Managers in caring for our partners, identifying up- and cross-selling potential, and positioning our manufacturer and service portfolios at our partners.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or study
• Practical experience in a comparable position, preferably in the IT sector
• Very good communication skills
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• Excellent negotiation and consulting skills
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• High problem-solving competence and resilience
• Strong team player
• Safe handling of the German language
• Good English skills in word and writing
