Role Overview
A multi-disciplinary data professional who enjoys solving Healthcare analytics problems. Strong understanding of the U.S. Healthcare value chain (Payer and/or Provider).
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports to support operational and strategic decision-making and data transformations with Python.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of the U.S. Healthcare value chain (Payer and/or Provider)
- Experience working with healthcare data including claims, eligibility, risk adjustment, utilization, and quality metrics
- Ability to derive meaningful and actionable insights from structured and semi-structured healthcare datasets
- Experience working in Agile (SCRUM) environments and iterative delivery cycles
- Ability to work on multiple reporting initiatives simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder communication skills – capable of presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience optimizing Power BI datasets and SQL queries for performance and scalability
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
