The Customer Success Manager APAC role is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary engineering team to support integrators throughout the sales, deployment, and maintenance lifecycle of automated warehouse solutions in the APAC region.
Requirements
- Solid expertise in logistics, robotics, or warehouse automation
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics, robotics, or automation
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Japanese and/or Korean is a strong asset
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, as well as data analysis and KPI tracking
