Exotec is a company that designs and develops warehouse technology solutions using robotics and software. The Customer Success Manager APAC role is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary engineering team to support integrators throughout the sales, deployment, and maintenance lifecycle of automated warehouse solutions in the APAC region.

Requirements

  • Solid expertise in logistics, robotics, or warehouse automation
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics, robotics, or automation
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Japanese and/or Korean is a strong asset
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, as well as data analysis and KPI tracking
