Incentive Compensation System Specialist

Role Overview

As an Incentive Compensation System Specialist at Expedia Group, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the ICM platform, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and supporting production releases. You will work closely with Operations, Analytics, HR, Finance, IT, and vendor teams to ensure the platform is reliable, scalable, and user-friendly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include configuring calculation logic, testing plan changes, troubleshooting defects, and supporting production releases. You will also be responsible for data integrations, data quality, and testing, release management, and controls.

Requirements

• Four or more years of hands-on programming, configuration, or technical administration in an Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform
• Practical experience configuring calculation logic, testing plan changes, troubleshooting defects, and supporting production releases
• Strong SQL skills and experience integrating, validating, or reconciling data from multiple sources
• Demonstrated ability to create structured test plans, test cases, test scripts, and regression coverage
• Ability to translate business requirements and incentive-plan rules into robust technical solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills, with close attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to work effectively across Operations, Analytics, HR, Finance, IT, and vendor teams
