Coordinator – Sales Operations

Role Overview

Take responsibility for inquiries from customers, perform customer service, communicate service issues, and monitor sales tasks to ensure high customer satisfaction. Work with other branches on sales issues and assist District Sales Manager in updating and monitoring business opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduated student from University/College or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 1-year Expeditors/industry experience
• Knowledge of required company’s operating systems as well PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills
