Role Overview
The Product Operations (Product Ops) role is responsible for ensuring the operational health of Limpa Nome end-to-end, monitoring flows, integrations, and product stability. This person will analyze user voice and transform inputs into product actions, act in assisted operations, and support PMs and squads with inputs, prioritization, and operational visibility.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include ensuring operational health, monitoring critical metrics, supporting product squads, and putting out smaller improvements that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and maintain the operation flowing steadily.

Requirements
- Experience in Product Ops, Product, Product Operations, or Business Analyst
