Senior Manager FP&A, Strategic Finance – Remote

The Senior Manager of FP&A, Strategic Finance will lead the evolution to forward-looking performance management, establishing advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights, and OKR-driven performance frameworks across both revenue and cost dimensions.

Requirements

• MBA Degree or CPA certification
• 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, or combination of relevant experience and education
• 4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
• 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• Competence in developing financial models for forecasting and business scenario evaluation
• Skills with business intelligence tools and financial systems
• Expert level skills in Excel required
• Experience with Tableau, Oracle or Hyperion
• Experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting
• Record of driving processes end-to-end and promoting continuous improvement (including automation)
