Retention Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Retention Marketing Manager plays a key role on the Retention & Loyalty team, leading marketing strategies to support the Retention marketing program and planning and executing loyalty strategies to support customer retention efforts.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will lead marketing strategies, plan and execute loyalty strategies, manage rewards programs, and work with internal stakeholders to produce retention marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, in-depth knowledge of Customer Journey Optimization, and experience managing rewards programs and customer loyalty programs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
• In-depth knowledge of Customer Journey Optimization
• Previous experience managing a rewards program and/or Customer loyalty program
• Data-driven marketing experience
• A/B and multivariate testing experience
• Analytics experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office software applications
• Ability to interpret and present data/results to stakeholders
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience leading, coaching and mobilizing teams
• Excellent negotiation, influence and relationship building skills
