Data & Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

Delivers reporting and data analysis to drive day-to-day decisions across sales, marketing, and operations. Owns report and dashboard development in Power BI, works with business stakeholders, and builds a working understanding of the data environment.

What You Will Do

Designs, builds, and maintains Power BI reports and dashboards, writes and optimizes SQL queries, develops a working understanding of the data warehouse, and communicates reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard development
• Strong proficiency in SQL with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Postgres)
• Proven ability to learn and navigate an existing data environment
• Working knowledge of how data moves through a reporting pipeline
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and documentation skills
• Comfortable owning multiple reports/dashboards independently and prioritizing competing requests
