Requirements
- Possesses 4 years or more of experience in the relevant field
- Has a university or graduate degree in computer science/statistics
- Has experience with AI/ML-based modeling
- Has data analysis capabilities using programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, etc.
- Has experience designing and implementing DW/DM indicators and systems based on customer behavior data
- Has experience extracting insights from customer data analysis
- Has experience designing and implementing CRM/membership/marketing-related systems
- Possesses adaptability and quick understanding of technical changes
- Has advanced PowerPoint/Excel document writing skills for managerial reports
- Has excellent communication skills with business and IT departments
- Has fluent English communication skills
- Has a 4-year university degree from Korea or abroad
- Has 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Has a computer science/statistics major
- Has experience defining AI introduction requirements and planning services for marketing/service/sales business fields
- Has experience defining and implementing datasets for AI service implementation
- Has experience applying GenAI solutions to marketing/service/sales business fields
- Has experience planning and performing LLM Prompt Engineering for AI service implementation
- Has experience analyzing pre/post-data and implementing ML algorithms for AI service implementation
- Has experience setting up system architecture for AI service implementation and introduction
