Digital Operations Manager

Role Overview

As a Digital Operations Manager, you will act as a technical leader of general projects for the integration of OT/IT and the implementation of technology applied to the industrial sector in the Supply Chain area, managing innovative digital transformation projects in the industry.

What You Will Do

Lead technically the elaboration of industrial automation projects and OT architecture; Make the bridge between the technical team and the client to understand the business needs x technological solution; Evaluate trade-offs between architecture, data, integrations, security, operations, costs, and delivery speed, guiding the teams in taking pragmatic engineering decisions; Manage the team of consultants in the execution of projects and lead discussions with stakeholders; Ensure the delivery of activities according to the schedule, maintaining quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Complete higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems of Information or related areas
• Experience in OT architecture and industrial automation, such as: PIMS, MES, IA Industrial, IT/OT Architecture, custom industrial systems, Industrial DataOps, UNS, MQTT, Python, Programming Languages, Databases
• Advanced English
• Availability for occasional travel
