Financial Analyst (Compliance and Financial Governance)

Role Overview

The role will focus on preparing and validating balance sheet reconciliations, coordinating statutory and local content audit requirements, and maintaining complete, accurate and well-structured compliance documentation.

What You Will Do

Prepare and validate monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, support improvements to reconciliation templates, and ensure financial information is accurate and supported by appropriate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
• Two to five years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, controls or compliance
• Sound understanding of accounting fundamentals, with knowledge of IFRS preferred
• Practical experience preparing or reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
• Familiarity with internal controls, financial compliance requirements and documentation management
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional and cross-border teams
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and personal accountability
