Senior Manager -RTR-Finance Operations

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Record to Report (RTR) operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and drive governance, internal controls, and compliance with SOX, GAAP/IFRS requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading Record to Report (RTR) / General Accounting functions.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting principles.
• Experience in shared services / GBS / BPO environment.
• Hands-on experience in ERP platforms such as SAP / Oracle / Blackline.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience.
