Demand Generation Specialist

Role Overview

The Demand Generation Specialist will join the team responsible for building Factorial’s partner-generated pipeline across Portugal, working hand-in-hand with a portfolio of strategic partners to unlock new business opportunities, accelerate revenue and build repeatable growth.

What You Will Do

The Demand Generation Specialist will own the pipeline generation strategy of partners in Portugal, turning shared business goals into concrete growth plans, priorities and revenue opportunities. They will build joint GTM strategies with partners across the full demand generation mix, analyse funnel performance, conversion rates, pipeline creation, influenced revenue and ROI to understand what’s working, what isn’t and where to double down.

Requirements

• Native Portuguese and professional-level English
• 2-5 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth, B2B Marketing, Sales, Partnerships or another revenue-focused role
• Strong commercial and business mindset
• Ability to use data to understand performance, make decisions and prioritise where to invest time
• Strategic thinker who loves execution
• Highly autonomous and proactive
• Strong stakeholder manager and communicator
• Data-driven and analytical
