GTM Recruiter

Role Overview

As the founding GTM Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and scaling the teams that generate Factory’s growth, including Sales, Field Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and GTM Leadership. You will partner directly with leaders to define talent strategy, shape org design, calibrate hiring bars, and attract exceptional talent.

You will partner directly with GTM leaders to understand business goals, hiring priorities, and organizational needs. You will act as a strategic talent advisor, helping leaders define roles, build teams, and make informed hiring decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth technology companies
• Experience hiring GTM talent across Sales, Field Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, or GTM Leadership
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to executives and hiring managers
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills with a track record of identifying and engaging top-tier talent
• Exceptional assessment skills and strong judgment around talent, hiring, and team building
• Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to challenge, advise, and build trust with senior stakeholders
• Strong operational rigor and ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights and metrics to improve outcomes
• Demonstrated success closing highly competitive candidates
• High agency, strong ownership mentality, and a bias toward action
• Excitement about AI, developer tools, and helping build one of the most important companies in software
