Role Overview

Fairstone Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Automation and Email to drive customer engagement and retention across its diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate is a data-driven analytical thinker with a proven track record of successful email campaigns.

What You Will Do

Execute Marketing Automation strategies, build and execute promotional email campaigns, conduct thorough testing and QA, and collaborate with internal partners to enhance and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful marketing automation and email campaigns
• Experience with Braze platform preferred
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Liquid Syntax is a plus
• Experience in planning and executing customer journey maps, tracks, and triggers
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, solid business acumen, and effective problem-solving abilities
• Financial services industry background is an asset
• French language skills are an asset
