Manager, Data Analyst

Role Overview

Lead the team that owns the analytical backbone of the Operations Department’s performance. Manage a small team of analysts whose work is used daily by leaders across CX, Fraud, Payments, WFM, and VIP. The role is hands-on, with an even split between leading the team and doing the work.

What You Will Do

Manage the team, set the technical and analytical bar, prioritize requests, and personally lead complex analytical initiatives. Diagnose root causes, present findings, and defend methodology. Own the quality and reliability of dbt models and analytical datasets.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or strategic operations
  • 2+ years directly managing analysts as direct reports
  • Advanced, hands-on SQL
  • Working fluency in dbt
  • Demonstrated experience owning complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, or a comparable tool
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • High attention to detail
