Marketing Operations Senior Associate

Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Senior Associate is a blended role that closes the coverage gap between the end of the daytime shift and the close of business, ensuring Promo Ops and CRM Ops campaigns keep moving during the hours when moment-led marketing opportunities most often emerge. This role executes promotional setups, deploys and QA CRM campaigns, and performs first-line triage on customer-facing issues. The position is expected to grow into greater depth over time as cross-training continues.

What You Will Do

Execute reactive, time-sensitive campaigns across both Promo Ops and CRM Ops during scheduled hours, including but not limited to evenings & weekend coverage, supporting moment-led marketing initiatives tied to live sports action, breaking news, and other real-time opportunities. Perform preliminary triage on customer-facing incidents related to live promotions or CRM sends, and escalate to pager duty/on-call resources per established protocols when an issue falls outside your scope.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, customer support, or a related field, with a working knowledge of promotional mechanics and/or CRM campaign execution. They will be comfortable following documented processes and escalation protocols, with sound judgment about when to escalate versus resolve independently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, customer support, or a related field
• Working knowledge of promotional mechanics and/or CRM campaign execution
• Comfortable following documented processes and escalation protocols
• In-depth understanding and proven ability to execute core Promotion & CRM Ops tasks
• Advanced understanding of promotional mechanics and customer segmentation strategies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with less direct, real-time supervision
• Clear, concise written communication skills for shift handoffs and status updates across teams
• Ability to work independently during evening hours and stay calm under time pressure
