Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for improving, expanding, and maintaining our Salesforce Org. You will design and develop scalable end-to-end solutions, conduct thorough code reviews, and maintain system health by resolving technical issues.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components. Translate business requirements into efficient technical designs, partner with functional teams, and perform peer code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• +2 years of hands-on software development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience configuring core platform features.
• Practical experience building/consuming REST APIs and handling bulk data migrations.
• Familiarity with source control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab) and deployment frameworks (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex issues.
• Salesforce certification is a plus
