Role Overview
As Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics, you will lead a team of two analysts and serve as the go-to data and analytics partner across our Life Insurance organization. You will transform how the business accesses and uses data, turning insights from distribution and sales, new business, and customer and agent experience into decisions that drive profitable growth.
What You Will Do
You will develop advanced, value-driven analytics solutions, from statistical models that sharpen our understanding of the application funnel, policy placement, and persistency to Power BI dashboards that give agents, field leaders, and operations teams the insights they need to act.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This is a highly visible role for a builder who wants to see their work move the needle. You will influence data and analytics strategy, review and approve analytics initiatives, oversee the support and evolution of existing data products, and bring innovative ideas to business leadership, then lead them through to implementation.
