Role Overview
The Director Employer Engagement & Growth will lead the growth, retention, engagement, and overall performance of an assigned portfolio of employer, broker, and distribution partner relationships. They will develop and execute portfolio strategies that strengthen partner relationships, improve customer engagement, support enrollment and participation objectives, and drive business growth.
What You Will Do
The Director will lead a team responsible for delivering engagement and retention initiatives while coordinating cross-functional resources to achieve partner and business objectives. They will serve as a strategic advisor to key partner, broker, and customer stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive experience in insurance distribution, employee benefits, product marketing, sales, account management, wholesaling, or related fields. They will have experience in marketing within a B2B2C environment and be able to lead/manage others.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 8+ years of progressive experience in insurance distribution, employee benefits, product marketing, sales, account management, wholesaling, or related fields
- Experience in marketing within a B2B2C environment
- Ability to lead/manage others
- Experience leading teams responsible for partner engagement, retention, growth, or relationship management initiatives
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Demonstrated experience managing strategic partner, broker, employer, or distribution partner relationships
- Ability to influence internal and/or external constituents
- Builds alignment and drives results across multiple stakeholders and business functions
- Develops and delivers effective presentations
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion
- Possesses strong product knowledge
- Knowledge of voluntary benefits, insurance distribution, enrollment strategies, and employer engagement approaches
- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities
- Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to represent the company with external constituents
