Marketing Operations Specialist

Utilize data, complex logic and coding to develop, QA and execute one-off email/push communications and automated marketing campaigns. Effectively set up and deploy promotions and offers for customers and Runners. Contribute to the execution of marketing initiatives; develop and optimize customer, Runner, and store partner communications across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing or technical role including experience in systems integration, CRM/email marketing, developing marketing campaigns in Braze or comparable CRM platform, and creating emails using HTML; technology / app experience highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and database concepts with ability to apply them to campaign builds; strong technical skills (HTML & database fundamentals) and marketing knowledge; strong writing and communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
