Marketing Manager role responsible for developing and executing a unified marketing strategy across four distinct brands while respecting each brand’s unique market position and history. This includes leading and managing marketing staff, overseeing marketing collateral, managing social media, and partnering with leadership and sales teams.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years directly related experience in heavy equipment manufacturing
  • Demonstrated success in marketing leadership, team coordination, with multi-business and site operations experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience leading marketing initiatives or teams across multiple locations
  • Creative thinker and strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal communications skills
