Role Overview
Ferguson is searching for an associate to support the outside sales team on day-to-day and EPC project quotations, maintain relationships with internal and external customers, and deliver exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do
Support the outside sales team, interact with key vendors, and develop relationships with entire districts to work seamlessly together.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience, exhibit strong sales skills, and be willing to learn and train continually with products.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner
- Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments
- Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes
