Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Experience working with AI-driven products, personalization, or data science teams
• Proven track record of designing, launching, measuring, and scaling consumer product experiences
• Deep experience with growth loops, habit formation, lifecycle frameworks, funnel optimization, experimentation, and retention models
• Strong analytical fluency
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Strong product judgment
