Role Overview

The Marketing & Growth team at Fever is responsible for driving visibility, engagement, and business impact across the company. The team works closely with nearly every department to combine strategy, creativity, and data to connect millions of people with unforgettable experiences.

What You Will Do

As a Growth Associate, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever’s entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. You will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics or Data analytics
• At least 3 – 5 years experience in a business analytics role
• High level of English is required. Spanish is a plus
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
• Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker
